If you get sued, which I doubt, you should appear and fight it, even though you owe the $$, if yu don't then all the rest will sue also.

What State are you in? You can probably get by with waiting out the statute of limitations and getting a good job (if there are any when you graduate) start paying yor student loans, and forget about the CC debt as a learning experience.They will fall off your credit reports in another 6 years, and any $$ you earn should go towards your student loans and paying cash for aything you need until you can clear your report up.
