HIPPA...Another one for Whychat

I had posted a ? earlier this week and WHYCHAT recommended sending a HIPPA letter to cover both 2 paid and 2 unpaid hospital bills that are with the same CA. I don't have the money to pay the unpaid bills at this time but I will have it within the next 2 months. Should I send a letter now for the 2 paid bills or should I just wait until I can pay the other 2 and send one HIPPA letter for all 4 accounts?
