You stated in your letter that it is your desire to assist me in this matter. This credit card was given to me in November of 1995. This debt is seven years past due and i have paid for not paying this debt through the hardships i've had to face due to a bad credit history. I apologize for not paying my bills on time. It has taught me a valuable lesson, but prolonging this debt is morally wrong. I am homeless and jobless and i have suffered tremendously. Please remove this debt from my t.r.w. assist this twenty eight year old mother of four to get back on her feet.
