getting close to 30 day validation

hi, on Sept 5, Huntington bank and Kaufmans rec'd validation notices from me regarding their reporting on my credit cards... i sent them certified, however i did not receive the green card back But i tracked the letters through the usps site and they were rec'd.
My question is, with no response from them, what is the next step?
