Whychats SOL letter modification?

I used Whychat's SOL letter for a credit card account with success once in the past. Now a 14 year old sales installment charge off has come back to haunt me. Since this a written contract rather then an open account credit card, the letter isn't quite right. I've been trying to replace the paragraphs for open ended accounts with paragraphs for written agreements (the SOL is still 4 years in California), but I've had no luck finding the proper documents on the web. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
