Am I reading this correctly. Resident of Texas. What do they mean "WAS a charge off". Can status change from charged off to something else? + + + + + FIRST PREMIER BANK

30 days as of 2-1999 + + + + + Am I reading this correctly? So I was 30days late as of Feb 1999, never made another payment after that date. SOL to actually collect ran out on Feb 2003? (Still reportable for 7 years of course) Thanks in advance,
