Well, you know Prune Man, that sounds like a good idea. You see, if judgment is actually entered and paid, the creditors cannot come after you for the same amount. The question is would the creditors be able to get the judgment vacated since they didn't show up? Hmmmmmmmm, this would be an interesting scenario.
