You answer each question and always respond. If you don't they get a summary judgment against you and they can hound you. It is up to them to prove that a debt exists and to give a full accounting of it.

You are also judgment proof which means that even if they find against you, you have no means of satisfying the debt. You just tell the judge that I am judgment proof. Live with my parents, have no job and no assets and my only car which I use for employment searches is only worth $800.

Always answer.
