As mentioned below, went around with them because they weren't sure if they were allowed to send proof via a phone request. Of course, they sounded pretty unclear on what they'd sent me recently, wondering if they even have any paperwork at all on these 10-11 year old accounts. Oh, maybe it's the tone in my voice that's changed since I started lurking on this board...I haven't had a supervisor call me a loser or deadbeat in months...and the tape recorder is all set up and waiting by the phone, too. Should I even wait for their "proof"? I don't know the exact months, just the year of last activity, can I still send an SOL letter? I'd guess that I'd need to dot the i and cross the t before sending off something like that. But I need the information from them to get the exact dates. I doubt the OC will have any records going back that far.
