I would just send the SOL letter. They only do out of stat debts anyway so use what you have. If you do ask for validation of the debt and put it in writing and they send one of their stupid sworn affadavits then know I was contacted by an attorney today who is about to start a class action suit against camco mainly because of their illegal letters. When I talk to him I will give more details.
