It is a violation of the FCRA for them to publish an unadjudicated case. Send them a fax, call them,send a certified letter, file a complaint with the FTC and your State Attorney General, it is also in all likelyhood a violation of the Privacy Act.

If you can locate a consumer lawyer, you may have grounds for a BIG FCRA violation case against them, especially if you had damages from turned down credit or increased interest rates.
