Do you have ANY records or bills from the OC ?

Whom did you pay the $100. to??

Any payment after charge-off would not in most circumstances "re-set" the SOL on a credit card account, however, if an OC made an agreement in writing to rescind the chargeoff in exchange for a payment, and the requested payment was made by a signed check, it is POSSIBLE in SOME States for the account to be re-aged.

You need to find some records from the OC, how or why was the OC deleted from your reports?Do you have any of the prior reports where they WERE on??

When do YOU think you were frst late or past due with the ORIGINAL CREDITOR on a regular account bill?
