OC's are not required to validate, only 3rd party collectors.

Why are you looking for "valdation" of the SOL? Are you being sued? Are you suing a CA?

If you are being sued and you claim SOL as an affirmative defense, it is the obligation of the CA to provide documentation to DISPROVE your claim, you are not required to prove it unless the CA has documentation that is questionable, or the dates are at the borderline.
