I am with a credit elimination company and what we are planning to do is use our own arbitration forum to award triple damages. This may not keep it from going to court but it will be a strike against W&A if and when it does go to court. They harrass me too, but it is on my cell phone and their caller ID comes and I hit the ignore button. I have also sent letters to the Attorney General of Ohio and the FTC to investigate W&A. I will fight them tooth and nail to the very end!!!
