OK-- You do NOT want "validation" you want Huntington to change their incorrect report.

Is this showing in the "derogatory" side of your report?

Are you SURE you want to have it deleted? It may be, that even if it IS showing a a chargeoff that the age of the account is HELPING your scores.

If you want to get Huntington to delete, send them a dispute letter on their inaccurate reporting, and violations of the FCRA, with a copy to your State Banking commission and the FTC, make sure you indicate how this has harmed you.(if you are SURE that it has)
