Forget about scores and do what makes sense financially. Never pay interest if it can be avoided. Your best bet is pay off that high interest car loan as fast as you can. Then, pay off the student loans.
Try and get a credit card as a student and use it sparingly. Pay it off each month if possible. That'll build credit history. Pay your bills on time and in the agreed amount and your score will take care of itself.
