Negative "Authorized User" Entry on Credit Report

There is a negative entry on my report and a notation that reads, "Authorized User." I have never used this card, never did business with this company and yet this entry and its associated debt makes my report look horrible to prospective lenders. What can I do to dispute this entry with the Credit Reporting Agencies? What would be compelling evidence/information that I haven't used this card (and I never have) and I haven't asked or given permission to anybody to add me as an "authorized user"? Thank you.
