There is no federal cap on interest rates. States may impose interest rate limits on state chartered banks. Very few states do this. Arkansas imposes limits on its banks. I don't know what they are but you may want to check out the websites for Pulaski Bank and Simmons Bank which offer very low rates even for cash advances with no transaction fees.
