Someone physically signed for my FedEx package from Gulf State at the following address: Gulf State Credit, L.L.C.

BLDG 2100 SUITE 100
DULUTH, GA. 30096 I had to dispute a $41.00 sprint bill. I asked for proof that it was mine in December. It is now March- still in dispute.
