I just spoke with them at 1-877-321-1856.
It seems that someone with the same first and last name as myself has a delinquint account somewhere. Problem is that we do NOT share the same middle initial. I asked Gulf State how they came to associate MY address with the other persons name. They claimed it was the address given. Lying SOBs.
