I had a mobile home in Colorado and I could not pay for it as I am on disability. I signed a power of attorney to the loan company and the mobile home sales co. so that they could sell the mobile home. It was valued at approximtely 16,000. I have a mobile home in Illinois that is paid for. This is the home that I live in. I got a letter stating that I owe the loan company 9,300 deficiency balance. This is made up of repossession fees, sales commission minus the nes sale proceeds amount. Can the loan company take the home that I live in or can they put a lein on my home. I don't have anything else & not enough money to live anywhere else. Please give me some advice.

Thank you
