I would call Capital One customer service, and let them know that CitiBank doesn't seem to have received the check (or electronic transfer, depending on exactly how they sent the money.) I suppose you could either ask them to cancel the transaction, or to issue another payment. They might need a bit of extra time to look into it, and see if the original payment was mis-routed or whatever happened to it. The phone number for Capital One is (800) 955-7070
