GULF STATE CREDIT HAS AN AUTO DIAL VOICE MAIL THAT HAS
BEEN DIALING OUR OFFICE FOR TWO WEEKS. IT SAYS, "WE
HAVE CALLED YOU REGARDING AN IMPORTANT PERSONAL MATTER.
PLEASE CALL 800-240-0324." THEY DO NOT IDENTIFY
THEMSELVES. WHEN YOU DON'T CALL BACK, THEY SET YOU
UP ON AUTO DIAL AND CALL YOU EVERY DAY WITH THE SAME
MESSAGE! WE FINALLY CALLED AND GOT A RECORDING THAT
THEIR REPRESENTATIVES WERE BUSY AND TO HOLD (STILL NOT
IDENTIFYING WHO YOU HAVE REACHED). FINALLY SOMEONE
PICKED UP AND WAS VERY SARCASTIC AND RELUCTANT TO TELL
ME WHAT COMPANY I WAS SPEAKING TO. I ASKED HER TO
SPELL IT AND SHE SAID WE COULD "talk about that later."
SHE WAS VERY RUDE! THEY WERE TRYING TO REACH ONE OF
OUR EMPLOYEES. WHEN I TOLD HER I THOUGHT IT SHOULD
BE ILLEGAL TO SET US UP ON A DAILY AUTO DIAL, SHE ALMOST
VIOLENTLY YELLED "I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR WHAT YOU HAVE
TO SAY!" I AM NOT THE DEBTOR AND SHE SPOKE TO ME IN
THIS MANNER. WHO CAN I REPORT THIS COMPANY TO?
