voluntary car repo

My company is requiring of me to take a corporate car to which
they pay all gas purchases either
work or personal use and repairs etc. In return, I have to pay
a modest set fee monthly on this car which of course is way below
my present car payment. I can not afford their car and my existing
vehicle. My car was purchased a year ago with a wholesale value
of 8200 today. I owe 11000. High mileage is on it due to work
and there isnt any chance I could sell it for anywhere near that
11000. Does anyone know anything about voluntary
repo's??
