341 is next week and I'm nervous. I'm married filing individually - everything is in my husband's name, I'm unemployed, so essentially it's a no asset case. What if the trustee asks about my husband's income? Can they force him to pay my overdue unsecured debt? Can they dismiss the case based on total household income?
We own a house with lots of equity, but his credit is shot at the moment, so a re-fi is out of the question.
Just wondering how liable he will/will not be for my debts.
