If they ask about your husband's income, you tell the Trustee the Truth. Chances are you won't even be asked. They will NOT force your husband to pay YOUR debts.

Its highly unlikely they'll dismiss based on your household income ... you're filing singly and its based on YOUR income and YOUR debts - not his. He is not responsible for YOUR debt.

Equity in your home ? What state are you in ?
It all depends on your exemptions, how the house is deeded and whether or not you're in a community property state.
