Just got off the phone with MY lawyer, who is hopping mad and calling Hayt, Hayt & Landau this morning to raise a little hell. I have absolutely no assets--am not married and the apartment (rental), utilities et al are in my boyfriend's name. I do have a bank account, but there's not a whole lot in it at any given point.
