Yeh this state of Ohio stuff still realy gets me.
4 yr SOL. I let things go for awhile on this 4 yr SOL stuff, I sure would like to get a written go on that from the AGs office, but I suppose that is a pipe dream. I did talk with a girl down there, as I think you did also, she told me the 15 year crap, but also said send her the information. I kindav droped the ball.
So far I know that Edebtnetwork.com say 4 yr SOL and so does Carreonandassociates.com.
but waht is confusing to me is that both of those sites say Open end accounts 4 yr SOL
Sales Contracts (UCC2-725)
Why Chat says UCC2-725 (which is state code section 13022.98) does not appply to CC accounts. Very confusing because then Why Chat says Edebitnetwork has it right. Go figure.
