Need advice

I recieved a letter today from a law firm stating they couldn't reach me and they are preparing to file suit against me. They reference the letter RE: Pioneer Financial, LLC. I'm not sure what this is about but I think it might be a Providain account. What is the best way to handle this letter. I know they have called my house several times and left messages for me to return their call. Any advice would be appreciated. I am located in Florida. If it is Providian then the account is only 2 years old. What should I do?
