I received a letter from the national arbitration forum the 8-8-03. I had to sign for it. It had the forum file number and claimant file number and Wolpoff and Abramson,L.L.P. are the attorneys that filed on me for MBNA America. I owe them 13,800 dollars. I stoped payment about 1 year ago. My wife got laid off and and at our age it is hard for her to find a job. She is trying and not with any luck. I make 417. a week and our house bill is 865 and car payment is 568 and I moe lawns on my days off to try and pay the other bills. I am not going to go for bk I am just going to take my chances and see if they can get blood out of a turnip. What are my chances? At wits end.
