I have and ongoing collection dispute with pressler and pressler. Attemtping collection for an account purchased from first usa. Summons was flied just prior to SOL ran out. Amt is 12000 (originally 5500). Would appreciate any insight regarding dealing with them. I'm a working college student and need to preserve fair credit rating for grad school.
