My last thread got archived and I have a few more questions. The original post was about a CA that listed an unadjudicated case in the public records section of my CR. You told me to fax, call, write a certified letter and file a complaint with the FTC and the SAG for violations of the FCRA. I just looked over the FCRA and I can find where it specifically states the information. I found public records information section but it doesn't state they can't list this information. And, do I mail and fax a letter directly to the CRA or the CA?
