I have seen the info on your website, the problem is, I am not sure if there is a legitimate balance or not. 2 of the accounts the ca updated to paid in full, yet they claim there is a balance and they still have not provided proper validation.

These are from 1997 & 1998 so I really don't know for sure. Also 2 of the accounts do not appear to have been submitted to the insurance company either.

These may be out of SOL also but I cannot find it in the Indiana code. Some say medical falls under "open accounts" and others say UCC, but I can't find any reference to it in the Indiana laws.

Any suggestions on next step?
