I filed BK chp 7, in nj, had my meeting of creditors 3 weeks ago, now I get a letter from the cours to file a proof of claim and it states pursuant to BANKRUPTCY RULE 3002(c)(5), saying a dividend may be possible. What does this mean? I have a mortgage with my boyfriend could this mean we might have to sell? The bk is in my name only, but the house is in both....any insight would be greatly appreciated.
