Have you disputed these with the CRA's?? They may be disputed as obsolete.

If you are sure on any of these accounts about having no balance due, send the "HIPAA" dispute letter on those.

I have been told that in some circumstances, if the OC and the CA are the same in multiple accounts, the undisputed ones get deleted along wih the disputed ones.
