On one the lawyer is suing me on behalf of the ca which is PRA LLC. The oc was MBNA. I have had numerous battles with PRA LLC. I never received a validation although they did send a letter stating that the debt was resolved see attaced documents, but there were no attached documents. I reported them to the BBB and I have all of the certified receipts from the ceast and desist letters and from the validation letters. This summons did not have an index number. On the other summons the lawyers Golden, Wexler and Sarnese are suing me on behalf of Capital One. That summons does have an index number. I never corresponded with GWS. Only received the phone call which they spoke with my niece the minor and told her i was going to get a summons and go to jail, I dont even know if it was really them but I assume so because I received a summons from them. I was conversing with Capital One and still have the letters they sent to me. Again Im in NY.. The SOL is not applicable.... I feel like Im drowning slowly. So what you are saying is do not settle. Answer the summons and see what happens next?
