My mortgage lender has a good rate for 3 months, then I move to the ARM price. I believe the interest is dedcutible if used for improvements, right?

Also, there are some local home improvement loans sponsored by the county. Ya just pay interest on that until you sell. I might qualify for that soon and if I catch up on my paper work (e.g. over due returns) I'll see what I can do.

Health insurance will have to wait until I get balanced.
