I'm being sued by Debt Collectors, my Joint account was levied on and my boyfriend is furious because all of his money was released to Plaintiff. The Plaintiff now wants to Subpeona him and we want to know why. We have already showed where the money came from, and when it was deposited, so why would they want to subpeona him?
