Wolpoff & Abramson called me this weekend. I have caller ID adn did not answer they did not leave a message. They are suing me for my MBNA account and the trial date is late in January 2004. I filed for a 3 month contiunance and the court granted the request. I filed my intent to defend, my affirmative defeneses, and motion to dismiss. Why would they be calling before the trail? Is that legal for them to attempt to contact me before the trial. Even if I lose I will file an appeal and make these scum sucking legal parisites wait a long time before they get any money from me
