Just discovered that Debt Collector cannot collect in Texas as they have not posted a surety bond. Collector is trying to collect a SOL unvalidated debt. I am guessing TX OAG and FTC. Also, under Texas Deceptive Practice Act (?) any violation is a criminal act (misdemeanor). Would I file at city, county or state level. Yes, I want to fight them with equal dirt that they use on us.
