Ok..I have gone through the multi-step process of answering a summons, answering the interrogatories and filing my own request for documents and interrogatories. I was told that I should prepare and file a request for dismissal of the case if the Plaintiff does not answer the interrogatories within the 30 day requested period. Can someone give me an outline of how this request should be structured? I also read that I should not request for the judgement to be given to me, because it would still show on my CR. Also, Why Chat mentioned something about having a judge dismiss a case without prejudice would keep the account from returning to court, can you please show me how to request this in an effective manner. Thanks for all the great advice that I've obtained through this site. Hope to conclude this case within the next 10 days with all the help you guys have given. Thanks again.
