validation POST judgement???

Can you request a validation after a judgement has been entered against you? I am trying to get black & white proof that this judgement was entered POST SOL, and the delinquency dayes differ on the CRA's. Shall I dispute with CRA's and risk having them delete and getting no info, or send validation request to OC and CA (or the lawyer??) I'm pretty sure the last payment I made ON TIMe was 5/2000 which would have put it out of SOL when the judgement was made.
