Your state should have a website for state laws. Find the site, search for Statute of limitations and print it out. If you had more time you could go to a law library and ask the clerk to help you find it and photocopy straight from the code books but a printout from state website should do. With written proof of SOL in your hand judge can hardly ignore it, but I would definitely work up an additional affirmative defense or two.
