Sherman Acquisitions is a BIG debt buying/collection agency. They hire little agencies that are licensed in your state to actually collect the debt. You will need to send copies of the validation letters to SHERMAN and keep a log of the days/times/representatives that call from Allied so you can count each call as a violation of a C & D order. Let me see if I still have the address for SHERMAN and I'll post it for you.
