Thank you for the info. I can use this information in a case I have coming up in November.

Do you know anyone who has information, with supporting case law where Sec. 809 (b) and 805 (c)were violated? Or other case law with respect to FDCPA. I was told today that FTC's opinion letters on the issues in his court did not matter only his opinion mattered.
