Thank you WhyChat for responding. I live in Missouri and that is where I was sued and yes I do need Additional case law from preferably Missouri, but I believe any state would do.

I also need case law concerning FDCPA violations, specifically Sec. 809 (b) and Sec. 805 (c). I was told by the Judge today that I would need supporting case law, as the FTC's opinion letters did not matter in his court, only his opinion.
