I was thinking of contacting the local TV station (they do reports on consumer stuff all the time). I also wrote a certified letter detailing all of my conversation and lack of responses and sent it to the store, the district manager, the president, CEO and owner of the company, the DA's office and the Office of Consumer Affairs.
