You DO go to jail for fraud. If you deliberately charge up the cards knowing that you CANNOT and WILL NOT pay them, it is fraud. It's hard to prove, but if they get you, you're in worlds of trouble.

This board is for people who have good intentions, but have fallen on hard times or are having trouble with CAs who think the laws don't apply to them. If you're looking for help in order to deliberately defraud the credit card companies, go elsewhere.
