Credit card Charge-off?

I need to find out when my credit card was charged-off.
My last payment was 11/92, the creditors are suing me as of 2/99. The SOL in this state is 6 years. The creditors are saying it is still within the 6 years because of the charge-off, but how can I prove this, the Credit Report agencies don't have this charge on my credit report anymore because all delinquent loans falls off after 7 years. Can some one tell me what is the FDIC's rule on this.
