Telecheck is denying me approval of my checks saying I owe $65 from 1999 check that nsf'd to a retailer I've never even heard of, much less written a check to, in a city I rarely visit. Sample letter to have them validate??? Anyone got a link to a good sample letter for Telecheck? Are they considered a CA or a CRA? They are telling me I have to pay $65 to clear this... I have the $, but this is not my debt. It is also 4 years old... what do I do now? Thanks in advance for help. - Jade
